Henan Sanmu Surface Material Industrial Park is located in the Jiaozuo City Zhongzhan District Western Industry Cluster Zone. The project is led by China Coating Industry Association and the leading enterprise is Jiangsu Sanmu Group, one of China 500 manufacturers. It is key construction project of Henan Province and one of ten key construction projects of Jiaozuo City. The project is the industrial park introduced through industry association investment attraction, industrial chain investment attraction and industrial park investment attraction of Zhongzhan District. The park is committed to ideal of circular economy to extend industrial chain and emphasize the development of building surface materials, high-performance automotive painting, environmentally friendly furniture painting and top stealth surface coating for military equipment on the basis of titanium dioxide product of Henan Billions Chemicals Co., Ltd. It is planned to build R&D and testing center, online trade platform and production base in the park. All the functional areas support each other, industries are mutually complementary and resources are used comprehensively.

Total investment of the project is 3 billion Yuan, occupied area is 1,100Mu and the major products are series products of 280,000t/a synthetic resin and 200,000t coating. The park will be constructed in three stages and construction period is 5 years. The entire park can attract 10 to 20 coating enterprises to settle in and will cultivate 2-3 listed enterprises. Once the park is completed, it will achieve annual sales revenue of 5 billion Yuan and tax revenue of 500 million Yuan and will attract 1,500 employees. It will become the largest high-tech surface material production base that integrates R&D, test, production and sales.

The total investment of the first-stage project is 1 billion Yuan, occupied area is 300Mu and major products are series products of 42,000t synthetic resin and 100,000t coating. Once the first-stage project is completed, it can achieve annual sales revenue of 2 billion Yuan and profit tax of 200 million Yuan and provide more than 500 jobs.
